This is an action in which plaintiffs-appellants seek: (1) a declaratory judgment that certain statutes of the State and ordinances of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, are unconstitutional; and, (2) an injunction to prevent defendants-respondents, West Side Redevelopment Corporation and the City of Kansas City from proceeding with a redevelopment project described in one of the ordinances attacked. Judgment was for defendants and plaintiffs appeal.
